SPCA

It is a pretty nice day here in Texas. We are having rain for the first time in months. We have been in a drought!
I am still complaining about the SPCA. I am sending them a letter about our neighbor that just refuses to feed their dog on a regular basis. This pictures was summer '04 before the Golden died, I think of hearworms. I have contacted the news paper and a TV show and they are interested in this story. Anyone else got any complaints? This is not fair to the animals for them to not proceed and remove abused animals. Thanks for listening.

This a continuation of a blog I wrote the other day on the SPCA. It is on my other blog. I noticed that our neighbor put a hose through the fence to water the dog. THERE IS ONLY ONE PROBLEM you have to be home to turn on the water. I will attach some photos soon to show the dog area that the dog is in. The people were gone for one and a half week before they fed again. This disturbs me. This is abandonment!!!!!!! Does no one care?????? Blessings.
